Schedule the sessions
Create meetings with date, time, and agenda. Members then claim roles and book speech slots against them.

Admin replay tool
The webhook audit log, with safe replay of any event. Externally triggered writes are idempotent — replaying produces no duplicate side effects.

Configuration status for the providers behind the service seam:
- Zoom host account — meeting, recording, transcript, livestream
- Standardised Zoom poll template — applied to every session
- YouTube channel — outward-published talks
- Resend — lifecycle email
- Supabase — data, auth, and the raw asset store
